First Day Of Spring Giveaway

Seems like spring hasn't realized it's arrived here in the Pacific Northwest.  The past three weeks Mother Nature has given us a light dusting of snow on Sundays and Mondays, strange.  The last two days have been filled with rain.  Don't get me wrong, I love the rain, just expected something different on the First Day of Spring.  Anywho, as I sat here milling about the net, looking at my expired listings on Etsy, I thought, hmmm, rather than to relist the following item I decided to do a giveaway.  So many people favored this item from my shop and therefore I figured would be a nice prize.  Here I have this...

It is approximately 6" tall

and 4" in diameter at the base.

Made in Taiwan so I'm dating it to the 60's or 70's

With Heavy Heart

I've been wanting to write in regards to all who have lost loved ones, your homes, and all that was dear to you. In the wake of tornado's that wreaked havoc across the midwest, I write this with heavy heart and although I cannot be there, I want you to know that many of us on the west coast are with you in spirit.  Words cannot express the grief.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
