Thoughts and prayers for those afflicted by the tragedy that unfolded at Umpqua Community College this past week. Words cannot describe the feeling. I can only hope that those who've lost love ones, may find some form of solace through family and friends. My heart goes out to you all.

Kiss My....
I recently received an inquiry as to the possibility of shipping an item overseas. I typically will not sell internationally as it always tends to come back to bite me in the butt. However, I decided to go ahead and visit the USPS website to determine the cost to ship to said country. I was amazed that I could ship the item only having to incur a few bucks more, so I was elated to correspond with the potential buyer to share in my delight....
"Hello,
For your consideration, here is the reserved listing at $35.00 total shipped to you in Australia. I'll maintain the listing for two days. If you elect not to purchase, no worries, just let me know, and thank you for your interest."
After about a week or so I'd not heard back from the person, so I wrote...
This is precisely why I don't sell internationally. International buyers don't have the common courtesy to just say "No thank you"."
To which I immediately received this reply....
I admit I forgot to get back to you in a timely manner. But that is no excuse for you being insulting. And quite frankly you are the reason so many people hate Americans. You're bloody arrogant."
Wait just a doggone minute! It took you over a week not to respond, but in one message, within ten minutes you respond with such a message?
I know some things are better left alone, but I just couldn't leave it alone. I do find it funny that until one sends a message that is not palatable by another, one second to wait and think things over is not enough time!
Now I wish I'da just told 'em to.... "Kiss my....
Aussie!"
