I know this bright light
Her significance I need cite
If ever I feel alone or left out
Her kindest of words remove all the doubt
Sometimes when I pour my heart into words
I do often wonder if I’ve even been heard
I'm informed with a word or comment of hers
The love, the support, of which is assured
Light and kindness to the table she brings
She reminds me there’s good in most everything
My poetry comes from the depth of my heart
At times my words can be a little bit dark
Sometimes I doubt that of which I should share
So encouraging her words, my bright light is there
Her support and benevolence so freely is given
That it makes each day easier, more robust, more driven.
So bright light I say with gratitude that's due
I hope that at times, I’ve shone for you too.

wow i love that poem!
I had such a busy summer that I have not been on etsy or the blog much! I am starting up again now that fall has settled in and opens up room for hobbies. Ill try to visit more!
