The recepient of the this weeks award goes to one who should have thought before speaking. There are certain circumstances where one should keep one's comments to oneself. For the comments he tweeted regarding the recent death of Ryan Dunn....
This BURN'T BISCUIT is awarded to....
CONGRATULATIONS!
Roger Ebert
"Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive"
I in no way condone drinking and driving, but felt Roger Ebert's comments were out of line and should have been more respectful in regards to Mr. Dunn's family.
R.I.P.

Hi Mrs O,
I could not have said it better myself darlin! Thanks for the visit and hope you and yours are well.
:o)
Agreed. Way outta line. I had a close friend die in a drunk driving accident a yr and a half ago and I feel for everyone who knew him. That's such a horrible way to go.
Hi KK,
Thanks for the visit and your comments. It's fools like this that don't take into consideration that Dunn had family and not matter what the circumstances the loss of one's life is no cause for jest.
The burnt biscuit, omg I can't believe I spelled biscuit right...I can never spell that word! Anyway I love this idea. It's a great way to respond to the outrageous things that we hear about in the media. It's a mad mad world! And so callous too. Accidental death has been satirized in "The Darwin Awards" but it makes one feel like a sicko when you laugh along to the dark humor. I'm sad for that family's loss and agree that Ebert is completely out of line.
Hi J,
Lol@spelled, I know I had to google to make sure I had correctly spelled, hehe. Call me what you will, but I see no humor in death whatsoever ya know? One in a celebrity capacity should know better, but then again?? Thanks for the visit and esp your comments as they are always appreciated.
